How to register an event
1. Create a Meetup account
Go to MeetUp page and click "Sign up" to create your account.
2. Search the group
Search us to become a member.
*There is no membership fee required.
3. Choose an event to attend
From the group page, choose an event you want to attend.

9:30 Check-in
People start arriving at the venue and chatting with each other.
Order a drink at the café counter, then find a table with the “City Chat Lounge” table flag.
Make a name card, and the host will guide you to a seat where you can start chatting with other participants. We often start with a short self-introduction.
10:10 Seat shuffle
Switch seats to meet and talk with new people.
You’ll receive a card with a number and move to the table that matches your number.
10:55 Closing
The event host collects the 500-yen participation fee and gives you a stamp card.
Some participants stay for lunch or join the Spanish Meetup, which is held once a month.
